Now, I am the proud owner of Down To Basics, a luxury bedding company featuring a premier collection of patented down comforters, refined linens, and travel items. These products grace the rooms of prestigious hotels that are at the top of my exclusive “Must Stay” list. When I'm not dreaming up trips and retreats for clients, experiencing new destinations, or using my Chopra Center certifications to lead wellness practices globally, you can find me nestled near the shores of New Jersey with my husband, four kids, and two dogs. Recently, I achieved a lifelong dream by becoming an author, detailing my personal journey in the anthology, "Magnificently Made."

Favorite Destination and Why: Hawaii- somehow it just feels like home! Followed closely by Turks and Caicos, it is a special place for my family.

I have a very “when in Rome” travel philosophy. Ultimately, I want to travel everywhere! My curiosity to explore wellness in all facets leads me to uncover the world's most spiritual and restorative places.

I am Chopra Center certified yoga instructor and primordial sound guide.
