This year, we are seeing more and more space become available because of cancellations and remaining availability.
Our Advice for Clients-
Be flexible. Try to work with gaps the available hotels have from last minute cancelations or inventory between stays.
Don’t think anything is impossible. With things changing so quickly, even snagging a suite in St. Barts over New Years can happen!
Expect to pay. Because inventory is changing so quickly and hotels know they can rely on last minute travelers, they are not discounting.
Think bigger – for a good value, expand the focus of your destination search. Don’t focus too closely on one particular island, or destination.
